Students are requested to email proof of student status (eg. a copy of their student card) to the conference office (PDF).

** PhD's who have no access to project based funding and/or who cannot get reimbursement of their registrations fees, are allowed to register as 'student non members'. To apply for these special conditions please send a letter (email) to the conference office explaining the situation together with a signed certificate from the professor.

Conditions of Attendance
Registration will not be processed without accompanying payment of fees.

Early registration: Deadline for early registration and payment is 31 October 2016 CET. For payments received after 15 November 2016 CET the next higher registration fee will apply.

Attention: Paper and Poster Submission!! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior 15 November 2016 CET to have your oral paper or/and poster submission scheduled in the Conference Booklet. Abstracts that have been previously accepted will be deleted from the Scientific Program if the presenting author has not registered and paid by that date.

Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail or letter. Cancellations received before 16 December 2016 CET will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of 40 EUR. Thereafter refunds will not be available. However, you may nominate a substitute participant without additional cost until 1 February 2017.

Liability. The local organizer as well as KCS is not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.
